Trainings:  I attended Citrus Heights Beauty College, Healing Arts Massage Institute, Young Living classes, Upledger Institute, Essential Education, Mlis, and International Alliance of Healthcare Educators

Philosophy:  I have been called to step-up and have Faith in what God has planned for me.  So, my focus is on assisting others in their healing rather than becoming a big business.

Why I'm here:  Realizing I had a gift in healing, I began to expand my knowledge of natural medicine over modern medicine.  After a life changing situation, I decided to add more to my modality toolbox.  I love hosting retreats, wedding pre parties, funddraisers as well as individual and couples @ massages.  Although through the years, it has come to my attention, I am more of a body worker; sports therapy; or chronic pain therapist, than our natural swedish relatxing massage.  My work seems to last longer and get more targeted results.  Relax ation is still a result, however, ecause I continue to learn, I am always implementing new techniques for a more designated result.

Up Front Info:  Due to stroke like symptoms from clustor migrains in July of 2025 & cancer removed from my right arm in October 2025, I have been recovering as if I had a stroke and a large sharke bite looking wound.  I sometimes have issues with y speach.  So, please understand if I sound different on the phone.  I now also use some tools to help me with deep work, as I feel you get a better treatment and it helps me with my healing and techniques in the room.  

Hobbies:  When I'm not in treatments, I love everything outdoors.  Hiking and Kayaking are my favorites.  You can also find me at the beach, or on God refilling retreats.  I love serving God and my community in church, events, and one-on-one listening sessions. I love to read, watch movies, cook and taking pictures of all Gods glory.
